ACCEPTANCE
"Once you have admitted what you are,
Once you have acknowledged where lie your scars,
The puissant sword of ambition and will,
Only then can be crafted on the heart's anvil."
The more I imprecate on what I am not,
The farther away from felicity, I have got.
The Gods I met, proposed a certain tangible thing,
Acceptance, they said, turns the Autumn into Springs.
Because only when a Deciduous accepts it's predicament,
Can it rise from the dead and cease it's doleful lament.
And only when a man swallows his gashes,
and hitches his screams,
Can he mount above the ashes,
And start to live by his dreams.Anirudh Pathak
