You see more clearly now,
Than you did before.
So you look at life's direction,
And needn't know much more.
The only thing surprising,
Was the beginning of the end.
Hereon it's a straight road.
With neither detour, nor bend.
You can't say you'll miss things;
But at times you fooled myself,
Into thinking you could care,
What a pity it's all laid bare.
Flying into the horizon,
You feel the cloud's caress.
The end has begun,
As you fly into the sun.
Than you did before.
So you look at life's direction,
And needn't know much more.
The only thing surprising,
Was the beginning of the end.
Hereon it's a straight road.
With neither detour, nor bend.
You can't say you'll miss things;
But at times you fooled myself,
Into thinking you could care,
What a pity it's all laid bare.
Flying into the horizon,
You feel the cloud's caress.
The end has begun,
As you fly into the sun.
