SILHOUETTE OF MY LIFE

Unfazed was I at ten or nine,
Mother's scolding or fight with a friend.
Being eighteen,I'm crying
Taking to heart everything said
Fanatic about marks,midnight oil would I burn
To top the class ,I would learn.
Learn or cram,who knows!!
Grade card would the so called 'success' throw.
Being eighteen I'm laughed at
To start studying ,I'm given a pat.
Would have gallons of mango shake,
Now only the conscious of a figure is awake.
Would hold mom's hands and walk a while,
Being eighteen,I walk miles;
Plugged with earphones in various styles....
